Is that one of the tire trolls? This is probably a relative of the Wilcox Road troll family.
The trollway's the main street down Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. They've got about ten of these little creatures lining the street, and it's pretty much the only attraction in Mount Horeb. Still, they are awfully cute :)
